Workouts are tailored to the unique needs of perimenopause and menopause. This means we use progressive overload to help you get stronger week after week, gentle plyometrics to support athleticism and bone density, and functional movement patterns so that you are strong for real life.
Crys Tal has been a personal trainer and teacher for 20 years. She discovered Ashtanga yoga in 2017 and fell in love with the method. She is now a 200 hour RYT. She loves all things yoga, fitness and nutrition, and is drawn to Ashtanga because she finds it to be a balanced practice. According to her, "There isn't a single part of my body that ever feels left out of this practice!"
