Dee has been teaching Pilates and strength training for 15 years. She is a certified menopause coach, pregnancy + postpartum specialist as well as a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapist. She lives in Hamilton, Ontario with her family, loves tacos, spicy noodles, hiking and travelling any chance she gets.
