Ashley Nowe is a certified personal trainer with specializations in pre and postnatal corrective exercise, menopause coaching, and nutrition health coaching.
Ashley founded Menovation in 2025, determined to break the silence around menopause. She realized that there was very little information around fitness, pelvic health, and nutrition to help women transition through perimenopause and beyond. Ashley brought together the best in fitness, pelvic health, and the medical field to empower women through midlife.
Ashley has been dedicated to transforming women's health for nearly a decade. Her first app, Strong Like A Mother by Get Mom Strong, has helped more than 80,000 women with total body fitness and pelvic health throughout motherhood.
