
Yoga Instructor
Passionate in her conviction that yoga should be accessible for all, Gina teaches local yoga classes to women of all ages. Her focus is on postpartum and menopausal body and mind changes. After adapting her personal practice to support multiple postpartum pelvic organ prolapses, Gina created a way of teaching yoga in which the breath supports the core and pelvic floor. She has received education in pelvic floor yoga and yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, a systematic form of meditation, is another facet of Gina’s classes that supports the mind and spirit of the women she teaches. Yoga nidra allows her students to calm, reset, and clear their minds.
