Gina has practiced yoga for 20 years, and is passionate about bringing Pelvic Organ Prolapse/Diastasis Recti-safe yoga to modern mamas. After being diagnosed with multiple prolapses following her third birth, Gina learned to adapt her yoga practice to her changed body’s needs. Thus Balanced Mom Yoga was born! She feels moms need a safe practice to reset and reground into their true, balanced nature. Gina is a Tucson native, where she lives with her husband and their 3 children, ranging in age from pre-K to high school. Gina enjoys gardening, ceramics, and laughing with friends in her free time.
